Submitting the quote request form or contacting us by phone, text or email is a request for information, not a binding order or contract. Pricing, timelines and scope of work become binding only once a written proposal or contract is signed by both parties. Our "beat any written quote" guarantee applies to a comparable, current written bid from a competitor for the same scope of work; contact us for details on how a specific competing quote applies.

Warranties

Canopy and steel frame warranty terms mentioned on this site (for example, 10-year and 20-year figures) are standard warranty periods offered on qualifying installations. Exact warranty terms, coverage and conditions are set out in your project contract, not on this website.
